1. Intentional movement for 30 min 3-5x per week.
a. This can be as simple as a 30 min walk in your neighborhood or as intense as a
heavy weightlifting session at your local gym.
2. ADD fruits and vegetables into your diet.
a. The key here is to not eliminate or restrict yourself from any specific foods.
Rather, add in some nutrients you may not normally find yourself reaching for.
3. Replace 1 meal per day with a less processed one.
a. If you find yourself rushing through the drive through at lunch maybe this looks
like choosing a grilled sandwich over a greasy fried one.
Still not sure what to add into your diet or how to begin choosing less processed options? Start with the rainbow and try to eat whole foods that make up the colors of the rainbow.
Red- Strawberries
Orange- Bell Peppers
Yellow- Squash
Green- Spinach or Leafy Greens
Blue- Blueberries
Indigo- Purple Cabbage
Violet- Grapes
